Tickets purchased after April 3rd will not be guaranteed seats with the group. 
 
Group Team Tickets are valid only for the selected game date. All sales are final and non-refundable.
 
Seats will be assigned approximately one (1) week prior to the game to ensure the entire team is seated together. Digital tickets will be sent during the week leading up to the game, with Will Call pickup available on game night.

Parking at Hersheypark Arena is managed and sold directly by the HersheyPark Entertainment Complex through their parking platform, which is separate from Harrisburg Heat ticketing. Parking prices and any processing fees are set by the HersheyPark Entertainment Complex and are not controlled by the Harrisburg Heat.
 
Team Recognition Experience:
All registered players will receive a Harrisburg Heat medal and participate in the Parade of Champions, which takes place approximately 30 minutes prior to kickoff. Teams should plan to arrive early to ensure participation.
